The Federal Aviation Administration awarded Scott Richard Aviation an On-Demand Part 135 Certificate in March 1999. Authorized areas of operation are the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Carribean. Scott Richard Aviation is fully insured and is bonded by the U.S. Customs as an International Air Carrrier.

As of April 2000, Scott Richard Aviation has focused solely on Aircraft Management and Aircraft Charter offering individualized service from our base of operations in Allentown, PA.
