Scott Richard Aviation Services, Inc. has been in the aviation business since 1993 and was incorporated in 1995. Throughout the years, Scott Richard Aviation has offered various services from flight instruction to aircraft acquisitions.

The Federal Aviation Administration awarded Scott Richard Aviation an On-Demand Part 135 Certificate in March 1999 to conduct air taxi operations. Authorized areas of operation are the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Scott Richard Aviation is fully insured and is bonded by the U.S. Customs as an International Air Carrier.

As of April 2000, Scott Richard Aviation has focused solely on Aircraft Management and Aircraft Charter offering individualized service from our base of operations in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
